The Eastern Nzema Traditional Council (ENTC), headquartered in Atuabo, Ellembelle District, is set to convene its First General Council Meeting of 2025 on Wednesday, 7th May 2025, at the Atuabo Royal Palace. The meeting is scheduled to begin at 10:00 AM.
According to an official invitation issued by the Council’s secretariat, the meeting is being organized under the directive of Nana Bonya Kofi VI and the Standing Committee of the ENTC. All Chiefs, Queen Mothers, and Abusuambanyinli (family heads) within the jurisdiction have been respectfully invited to attend.
The agenda for the meeting includes:
- Opening Prayer
- Pouring of Libation
- Welcome Address by Nana Bonya Kofi VI
- Presentation of the New District Chief Executive (DCE) for Ellembelle
- Addresses by Heads and CEOs of entities operating in the district
- Proposals on the ENTC–Ghana Gas relationship
- Proficiency Skill Test of Local Artisans for Employment
- Empowerment of the Gyasehene and related matters
- Any Other Business (AOB)
The meeting is expected to address developmental issues affecting the Nzema East area, enhance collaboration with key stakeholders, and promote economic opportunities for local artisans and traditional leaders.
The Council has called on all invitees to attend punctually and contribute meaningfully to the discussions.
